The first parcel went missing. Tracking nr was invalid. I found out about 30 days after ordering and asked the store how far my parcel was. They sent me a new one without asking if i wanted to wait for a new package or a refund for the lost one. Would have wanted the refund and not wait another 30 days for a pregnancy pillow that i soon do not need and wanted to use during pregnancy not after.
